With over five years in marketing, she possesses a deep understanding of trends, consumer behavior, and online engagement, making her the heart and soul of Rally's vibrant community.

Emily deeply believes life is too short to not take action on the dreams that live in our hearts. In 2021 she traded her career as an English teacher to to join Rachel’s team as her marketing gal with literally no idea the incredible team they’d become. With expertise project management, copywriting and brand identity, Emily quickly became the strategic brain behind Rally.
When she's not behind her computer, Emily can be found with her husband Teddy chasing their one year old twin girls and three-year-old son around Houston or embarking on weekend road trips wherever the adventure takes them.
