months together
women in varsity. total.
new women. that's the cap.

Two years of listening to the women in this room taught us the same thing over and over: by the time you get here, the strategy isn't the problem. The loneliness is. Varsity is six months of high-caliber teaching, real rest, and a small room of other women who will push you to be a whole human — not just a business owner.

Varsity is six months of high-caliber teaching, real rest, and eleven other women who will push you to be a whole human — not just a business owner.

Growth on top of an unsteady foundation is just a taller thing to hold up. We start with what's under it.
The parts of your business nobody knows about are usually the parts costing you the most. This room is where you say them out loud.
You have a team, a following, and no one who understands. A small room of women who do changes what the year feels like.
Faith is named openly in this room. God shows up here the way He has shown up for us — as the one carrying it with you, not the one grading you. You do not have to perform your way into belonging.
skill without losing the soul
You want to be pushed, and you want to be known. Both, by the same people.
You are willing to bring the real version of your life into a room, not the highlight version.
You are past the figuring-it-out stage. The business works and it is asking more of you than it used to.
You can clear your calendar twice in six months and show up in person.
You are still dilly-dallying about whether you actually want support.
You think you've got this.
You are waiting for a more impressive room to let you in.
okay, soooooooooooooooo let's chat!
this is for you if
We cap this on purpose. A safe room stops being one the moment it gets crowded, so we would rather tell you it isn't the right season than fill a seat.
this is not for you if
02
Something tangible to write in and take into the week. The teaching only counts if it lands somewhere in your actual life.
03
You stay in the house with us. Lodging, food, and experiences are covered — you book the flight and show up.
04
Your seat is included; you find your own stay and come ready to work. Not an upsell email six weeks after you join.
05
Every past session, workbook, and teaching, open to you for as long as you're a member.
06
The part nobody can put in a curriculum. Vetted, capped, and the reason women re-up.
01
One heavy hitter a month, live with you, on rhythms, rest, grief, family, hearing God, and leadership. Recorded if life happens.
what six months holds
Six months later there is one more: the February closing celebration, same room, same women. You will not recognize the version of you who arrived in October.
Dates go out before you commit
Every meal and experience, included
Lodging in the house, included
Second half of October at Rosemary Beach. You stay in the house with us — same kitchen, same porch, same conversations that keep going after midnight. Nothing gets invoiced to you mid-week.
Travel and meals out, your way
You find your stay
Your seat is included in Varsity
Sessions, whiteboards, and honest conversations about your numbers and your next twelve months. This is the one where you get your hands dirty next to women building at your level.
One is work. One is rest. You get both inside your six months, and you should know the difference before you book anything.
in-person, twice
Six monthly speaker calls + workbooks
The kickoff retreat, lodging included
The Summit
The February closing celebration
The Vault, for as long as you're a member
A small room of women on the other end of a text
Most women stay. Veteran keeps you in the room for a full year at a lower rate than you paid the first time — both summits, a retreat, the calls, the Vault. Nothing about this is built to end in February.
Tell us in the application. The kickoff retreat is the second half of October at Rosemary Beach and dates go out before you're ever asked to commit, so you're not guessing. If those days genuinely can't move, say so early and we'll talk it through — we'd rather build the plan with you than have you find out on a sales call.
A mastermind works on your business. This works on the woman running it. You'll leave with better decisions, but we get there through rest, rhythms, grief, family, and hearing God — not through another funnel audit. A small room of women, capped, so nobody performs.
Neither did anyone who joined. That's usually the tell. The live commitment is one call a month and two weeks in person across six months — less than a conference season, and the only two weeks that regularly get named as the turning point. Everything else is yours to use when you have room for it.
Here is what we can't promise: that six months fixes everything you're carrying. What I can tell you is what the women in the last two cohorts say — the thing that changed wasn't a tactic, it was that they stopped running the company from an empty tank. Six speaker calls, two in-person weeks - one with lodging and food covered - the Vault, and a small room of women who know your real numbers and your real dreams, and your real hang ups and your real marriage.
